Title: What If I
Artist: Zack Hexum
Album: Open To Close
Release: 2007

Comments: Every time I hear the first line, I think of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. Only because who else would be a girl in the sky? But seriously, Zack.... you are brilliant, mang. You played every instrument on this track.....and the finished product is like.... listening to love. I love you.

Oh, children, behave

Title: Kids
Artist: MGMT
Album: Oracular Spectacular
Release: 2007

Comments: Okay, so I'm not the biggest fan of MGMT, but a few songs top my list. These being Time To Pretend, Electric Feel, and... Kids. This song is so much fun. But they disappointed me with their video, hence me singing. The FANMADE one is way better than the OFFICIAL.

Here it is:

Title: Electric Worry
Artist: Clutch
Album: From Beale St. To Oblivion
Release: 2007

hey... I've been to Beale St.... Great memories....

Opinions: This song is amazing. It's the second ever Clutch song I had ever heard at the time I first gave it a try. (My first was Burning Beard). I love these guys. They're probably one of 5 bands (not including solo musicians) from my home state. I say you should give them a look.

28 Days of Lurve: Faster Bullet

Ridin' My Bike and Doin' Stuff That I Like

Song: "Down Down Down"
Artist: The Expendables
Album: The Expendables
Release: 2007

Opinions on song: I can't stop dancing any time I sing this song. I mean, even walking down the street and this is on my ipod, I sing and dance. It's a very fun song, very repetitive melody, but still fun to sing along. It gets the positive vibes flowing.

Alpha and Omega

Song: "Somewhere In The Between"
Artist: Streetlight Manifesto
Album: Somewhere In The Between
Release: 2007

(okay, Streetlight, its almost 3 years since you released something....fix this)

Comments about song:
It was only a matter of time until I sang something by Streetlight. This is probably on the easier side of their songs, the harder ones having speedy tongue-twisters. I did find it a fun song to sing, and the solos in the middle provided a nice rest for my vocals so I could have the energy to sing the last part of the song, which is pretty much faster than the rest. Overall, great song.
